For orders shipped within the EU, all prices include taxes and duties. If your order is shipped outside the EU, please note that the prices displayed at checkout do not include any duties, taxes, or fees that may be assessed by your country’s customs authorities. These costs are the customer’s responsibility; NEREÏ is not liable for charges that may arise on international shipments.
Please note: All NEREÏ pieces are made to order. Delivery will always take a minimum of 3 weeks from the date of your order.

Because every NEREÏ piece is made to order and crafted individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of fit, aesthetics, or change of mind. Returns are only possible in the case of a confirmed defect or if you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
If this is the case, please contact us at sales@nerei.studio within seven days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions and take care of all repair or replacement arrangements.

We ask you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Should a confirmed defect be found, or if your piece was damaged during shipping, we will provide a return shipping label and cover all repair fees. If you received the wrong item, we will arrange for a label for the return and promptly send you the correct product.
In cases where the cause of damage is unclear, we may ask you to return the piece to our studio for further inspection. After the initial seven-day period, damages must be returned at your own cost for assessment and repair. If the issue is a product defect, we will repair and return it to you at no extra charge. If the damage results from misuse or accident, you will be responsible for repair and return shipping costs as per our Repair Policy. We also offer a repair service for accidental damage. Because every NEREÏ piece is made to order and individually crafted, we do not offer exchanges for reasons of fit, color, or change of mind.
Exchanges are only possible in the case of a confirmed defect or if you receive the wrong item.
If this happens, please contact us at sales@nerei.studio within seven days of receiving your order. We will arrange the return, cover the shipping costs if appropriate, and provide a replacement or repair as needed.
