What is NEREÏ?

NEREÏ is a concept studio at the intersection of art, technology, and design. We create limited relics – sculptural artefacts that exist between worlds: organic and engineered, ancient and futuristic.

How are NEREÏ pieces made?

Each piece begins as a concept and is shaped through a hybrid process of hand sketches, digital sculpting, 3D modeling, and sometimes AI. Prototypes are 3D-printed, refined by hand, and finally cast in sterling silver by skilled goldsmiths. This blend of digital and analogue ensures both precision and individuality.

Are your pieces handmade?

All NEREÏ relics are designed in-house and brought to life through a mix of digital fabrication and hand-finishing.

Are your pieces mass-produced?

No. Each relic is made in small editions or on demand, with intention and care – never mass-produced.

What materials do you use?

Currently, our pieces are crafted from solid sterling silver. We also use 3D-printed prototypes in bio-resin during the design process. New materials and hybrid techniques will be introduced with future collections.

How do I care for my NEREÏ piece?

Sterling silver is a living material and may change over time. To restore its original sheen, gently polish it with a soft cloth or silver polish. For full instructions, see our Care & Sizing section.

Can I request a custom or collaborative piece?

Yes. We are open to custom orders and collaborative pieces that align with our aesthetic and values. If you have a vision, please contact us via our mail.

Can I request a custom size?

Many NEREÏ pieces can be made to size. Please reach out with your request; each piece is crafted individually.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All pieces are made on demand. Standard production time is 2–4 weeks. You will receive updates as your relic is crafted and shipped.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the EU, UK, USA, and Canada. Additional countries may be available on request. See our Shipping Info page for details.

Can I order if my country is not listed?

Possibly. Please email us at sales@nerei.studio with your location and we’ll see what’s possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each NEREÏ piece is made to order and crafted individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of fit, aesthetics, or change of mind.

Returns are only possible in the case of a confirmed defect, damage during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item.
If this is the case, please contact us at sales@nerei.studio within seven days of receiving your order. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

We encourage you to consult our Sizing Guide and contact us for advice before purchasing – we are here to help you find your perfect piece.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. NEREÏ Gift Cards are available both as digital codes and as unique, artfully crafted physical cards.

Where can I buy or see NEREÏ pieces in person?

Currently, NEREÏ relics are available via our website and at select exhibitions. Soon, you’ll also find our pieces in curated concept stores. For updates, subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram.
